To disconnect an account with the error “This PC isn’t joined to a domain,” you need to remove workplace joined accounts by running the script WPJCleanUp provided in this official Microsoft article.
Download the WPJCleanUp.zip file, extract the folder inside and run WPJCleanUp.cmd.
